SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping

We ship ALL orders within 1-3 business days. However, we generally ship most orders the same day.

Signature Confirmation

If requested, we will ship your order with Signature Guarantee (Signature Required Upon Delivery).

Free Shipping for Retail Orders

Free shipping for retail orders of $50.00 or more only covers orders shipped within the contiguous United States (48 lower states) - this excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore US territories.

One-Day and Two-Day Shipping

If you select One-Day Shipping or Two-Day Shipping for an order you place with EcstacyProducts.com and your order is placed before 11:59 AM PST, your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:59 AM PST will ship the next business day.

Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. When you select One-Day Shipping, the item will usually ship within the same day (if received before 11:59 AM PST) and arrive on the following business day.

Shipments Outside the United States

Please note that when you buy something from within the United States, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes and possibly brokerage and handling fees when shipping to a destination outside the United States.

Discreet Shipping

To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The "Ship From" name will state "Better Life Products".

Discreet Billing

The name that appears on your Billing Statement will be "Better Life Products" and will not reference any particular product.

Note: Couriers (FedEx, UPS) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for courier shipments. All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be sent U.S. Mail. In addition, please note that Domestic & International rates subject to change without notice.
