Return Policy

For retail customers, we accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. Simply ship it back to us for a full refund (less a 15% restocking fee and actual shipping and handling charges if customer received free shipping unless the return is a result of our error).

For wholesale customers, we offer store credit only for all unused and unopened products for up to one (1) year following receipt of your order.

Defective Products
Returns of any defective products are entitled to replacement only during the manufacturer's warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty return policy. Note that some manufacturers require that the customer seek replacement with the manufacturer directly. Please include ALL parts and accessories with your return.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund or credit once we have received and processed the returned item. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for the processing of your refund or credit.

BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, make sure to call us at 1-800-365-0000 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Invoice or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number. For our protection, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages that do not display the RMA number.

Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is required. We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned items.

Please return units only to the return address we provide you, NOT to the address listed on the box.

We cannot issue refunds or credits on returned merchandise if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
