The 12 Caps have the same cleansing strength as the large liquid cleansers but in a smaller package.  These capsules hae the cleansing power of our the 32oz liquid cleanser concentrated it into 12 capsules.  The 12 Caps will begin cleansing immediately with full body cleansing taking place after 1 hour.  The 12 Caps are intended for people who don’t want to drink large amounts of liquid cleansers, people who weigh more than 200 pounds, or people with extremely elevated toxin levels.
