How to Successfully Plan a Party And Shop for Party Products
February 21, 2010 – 8:47 pmFor every party, there’’s always someone who had to be really resourceful, creative and active enough to handle the stress of planning such. When somebody announces a party, a lot of things are expected from him/her. First, there has to be food. What’’s a party without things to much on? Even funerals serve cookies! Second, there has to be really good drinks and/or other awesome party products. No matter what age you are, when there’’s a party around the corner, great drinks and fun is always expected. Lastly, for a party to officially be called well-organized, it should be safe, the place should be entirely sanitary, and most of the people who RSVP-ed should show up.
Here are some tips on how to handle such party pressures:
1. Plan waaaay in advance. Depending on how big the party is, you should plan it in advance. Three weeks is minimum (for parties which only cover 15-25 people) but for bigger parties, like weddings or sweet 16s, you need to plan at least 3 months in advance. If you need to order party products online, then do so beforehand. The freight sometimes takes forever.
2. Send out invites as soon as you have the date final. It is important that you block out other appointments that your guests may make for the day that you will be holding your party. Include fabulous invitation cards as your party products. You planned a party for an intended audience. Make sure that most of them (if not all) will be there to admire your awesome organization.
3. Advertise what is unique in your party. The mark of a truly successful party is how awesome the party products were. You have to be unforgettable. The next day, people should be talking about your party, blogging about it, and telling their friends how sorry they were to not have attended it. In advance, you may whisper to your hand-given invitations that there will natural sex products like marijuana, or perhaps, herbal ecstasy cigarettes. They will be a sure come-on since they”re very unique.
4. Regulate, regulate, regulate. Ensure that you have enough food, drinks and party products for the people that you have invited. If, indeed, you promised that you”ll offer herbal ecstasy cigarettes, make sure that there’’s enough herbal cigarettes to give each person the well deserved puff. Make sure that you make sure who can invite other people in the party and who cannot. Make sure that all your decorations are in place. Make sure that the visitors know their way to your area. Regulate the people and the behavior. If somebody gets too high or too drunk, have detox products like coffee, tea and ice bags handy. Broken noses and furniture in disarray are great stories to tell, but they are nightmares for the party organizer.
At the end of the day, you will realize that planning a truly awesome party is no walk in the park. But if you just keep yourself together, and with a little help from your friends, you will know that everything will be worth it in the end.
