As early as we can remember, we were always taught the basics of healthy living. It is eating the right kinds of food, getting an ample amount of rest and to exercise. So even when we were children, we were taught to “eat a balanced diet” and to study the four primary food groups.

Then, as we were spending a lot of time playing and always moving around, our parents encouraged us to do this because it was our version of exercise. Lastly, one of the things which are very important with over-all health is rest. We all know how rest and sleep.
